Common questions

Good to know.

Can you stop a wage garnishment?+

In most cases, yes — often within 72 hours of filing the Power of Attorney.

Do you offer Offers in Compromise?+

Yes, when you genuinely qualify. We won't sell you an OIC if you don't — the IRS rejects 60% nationally for that exact reason.

How much does resolution cost?+

Flat fees scoped to the case. Simple installment agreements start at $750; complex OIC work ranges from $3,500 to $8,000.
